New Moon’s exercise classes are divided into three groups: Gentle, Moderate and Dynamic.

Gentle classes are wonderful as a way to create a moving meditation, increased flexibility and rehabilitation.

Moderate classes suit almost everybody, offering both relaxation and movement.

Dynamic classes increase functional capacity, power, and physical mastery, while strengthening the legs, upper body, and core. Get ready to build strength, find length, and enjoy movement

We recommend new clients start with a two-week unlimited class series, to introduce the idea of adding a variety of movement into your life, as no one kind of exercise is the answer to long term fitness.

We also offer semi-private and private Pilates classes, both on the reformer and cadillac.

Gentle

Our Gentle offerings are carefully curated to offer specific healing options.

Feldenkrais ATM and Alexander Technique for those who want a smaller, considered range of movement.  Especially useful for rehabilitation, a recovery day, and releasing chronic tension and unhelpful habits.

Soulful Stretch will focus on flexibility, alignment, and joint mobility.

Yoga Nidra is perfect way to replenish and ease into the rest of your day with a restorative practice of guided Yoga Nidra and gentle asana to soothe and stretch all of the body.

Moderate

In the Moderate classes we explore different ways of moving and creating awareness of our own bodies in motion.

Somatic Awakening Yoga, Yoga for Osteoporosis + Strength and Foundational Yoga will explore a well rounded, foundational Yoga practice to connect and root body, mind and heart. 

In Movement Lab the class will celebrate all the different ways your body moves. From learning how not to fear the floor (or falling) to how to dance a polka to how to stretch safely for your body, to how to appreciate your feet for knee and hip strength.

Tuneup Fitness and Fascia Forward classes will be specifically focused on mindful movement. The aim is to perform challenging exercises with the right muscles and engages you deep into your core. Moving with strength and precision, you will leave feeling strong and super connected. 

Moon Moves exploits the moon phase and its current astrological station for fun, innovative and vitalizing activities.  Explorations into movement, mediation, sounds, dance and somatics through the lens of the current moon phase.

Dynamic

Our Dynamic offerings which include Yin/Yang, Move and Strengthen, and Dance Physique, will increase functional capacity, power, and physical mastery, while strengthening the legs, upper body, and core.
